These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Bury Vape.

1. Age Restriction 🔞

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are legally allowed to purchase vaping products in the UK

We reserve the right to:

  • Request valid ID upon delivery
  • Refuse delivery if age cannot be verified

2. Products & Compliance

All products sold comply with UK regulations, including:

  • Maximum nicotine strength limits
  • TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) requirements

3. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
  • Incorrect details may delay or cancel delivery

4. Delivery 🚚

  • We aim to deliver within 30–60 minutes in Bury St Edmunds
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • Deliveries may require ID verification

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Incorrect address

5. Payment

  • Payment is currently accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD) unless stated otherwise
  • Full payment must be made upon delivery

6. Failed Deliveries

If:

  • Customer is unavailable
  • ID cannot be verified
  • Payment is refused

👉 The order may be cancelled and future orders may be restricted.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of vaping products:

  • No returns on opened or used items
  • Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours
  • We may offer replacement or refund at our discretion

8. Liability

Bury Vape is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Health-related issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Products are used at the customer’s own risk.

9. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)
  • Prices may change without notice

10. Privacy

Customer information is used only for:

  • Processing orders
  • Delivery purposes

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
